Agoda has introduced an AI Vacation Planner tailored for Indian travelers, utilizing Google’s AI technology to enhance the trip planning experience. This tool generates personalized travel recommendations based on user preferences, making it easier for customers to explore destinations and create itineraries without sifting through extensive options.

The initiative features Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana as “Mr. Vacaywala,” who presents AI-generated videos with sample itineraries and budget-friendly ideas. While positioned as an experimental tool rather than a permanent offering, the AI Vacation Planner will be available through a dedicated website until June 30, aiming to inspire and simplify the travel planning process for users.

Elevenlabs has launched Eleven v3 (Alpha), a new text-to-speech model designed to produce more expressive synthetic voices. The model allows users to create voices that can whisper, laugh, and convey various emotions naturally, addressing the previous limitations of expressiveness in AI-generated speech. With features like audio tags, users can embed cues directly into the text for more nuanced delivery.

In addition to supporting over 70 languages, Eleven v3 includes a new text-to-dialogue API that facilitates multispeaker conversations with realistic emotional flow. This innovative tool is aimed at developers and content creators in professional settings such as film and audiobook production, enabling dynamic speech generation that aligns with the intended meaning and emotional context of the dialogue.

Users can generate storyboards and visualize concepts quickly, making the creative process more efficient.

Currently available to paid subscribers, Manus plans to roll out the feature for free to all users in the future. The entry into the text-to-video market highlights the competitive landscape, where both Western and Chinese companies are racing to innovate in this multibillion-dollar sector, which has significant implications for industries such as entertainment and education.

HeyGen has introduced its AI Studio, a platform designed to empower users in video storytelling with precise control over every element of their creation. The tool allows users to shape their narratives through detailed adjustments in tone, gestures, and pacing, enabling them to craft high-quality videos that resonate deeply with audiences. With features like Voice Director and Gesture Control, users can direct their avatars' performances and link specific script phrases to pre-recorded gestures, enhancing the emotional impact of their videos.

The AI Studio aims to streamline the video creation process, making it accessible and intuitive for everyone, regardless of prior experience. Upcoming innovations, such as Camera Control and generative elements, will further enhance creative capabilities, positioning HeyGen as a versatile tool for transforming storytelling in the digital age.

Character.AI has launched a suite of new features aimed at expanding creative possibilities for users on the platform. Originally focused on 1:1 text chat, the platform is evolving to support multi-modal storytelling, allowing creators to build immersive narratives and more dynamic experiences. These features are designed to empower both seasoned creators and newcomers, facilitating deeper connections with audiences and fostering creative expression. Ritual, in collaboration with advertising agency Giant Spoon, has launched a campaign that uses Google’s Veo 3 AI video generation platform to create lifelike avatars that deliver messages about truth in the supplement industry. This campaign addresses the growing concerns around transparency and trust in a market often filled with questionable ingredients and misleading claims. The AI-generated spokespeople are unique in that they openly acknowledge their artificiality, contrasting the typical practices of many wellness brands.

The campaign was rapidly developed in a 24-hour sprint, marking one of the first uses of Google Veo for a creative brand activation. This initiative continues the partnership between Ritual and Giant Spoon, building on previous successful campaigns like “Trace Like a Mother,” which emphasized ingredient scrutiny. By embracing the concept of "honest fakes," Ritual aims to reinforce its commitment to transparency and the integrity of its products, distinguishing itself in a crowded marketplace.
